Do you create the designs yourselves?

Yes, the designs and graphics are created by Giordana and Jan. Only a few of our products feature illustrations by past Japanese artists.

Are the lanterns handmade?

Yes, the lanterns start as raw wooden slats, which Jan cuts, sands, shapes, paints, and assembles to give them the shape of our lanterns.

What are the production times?

Production times depend on the type of order and current demand. For party favors, we recommend ordering at least a couple of months before the event date.

For other types of orders with only a few pieces, the production time is approximately 3–4 days.

Shipping is fast and arrives throughout Italy within 24–48 hours.
