Shipping policy

Shipping within Italy is available.

Shipping costs will be indicated on the website and throughout the Customer's purchasing process.

Production and delivery times vary depending on current orders and the quantity of items purchased. We recommend contacting us to find out the order processing times.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive two emails from our system: one confirming that the order has been accepted and one when the order has shipped.

The goods will be shipped using the courier chosen by the company.

The Customer has no right to choose the courier for product delivery.

We do not deliver to the following geographical areas: San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno, and Campione d'Italia.
